Dr. Julia Christofor has worked in various roles in the IT industry. Dr. Julia is currently the Head of IT Performance Management at Evonik since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at ThyssenKrupp AG as the Corporate Programme Manager for Group Processes and IT from April 2015 to February 2019. Dr. Julia also has experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked as a Customer Project and Program Manager from January 2010 to March 2015, and as a Business Consultant from April 2008 to December 2010.

Dr. Julia Christofor received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2002. Dr. Julia continued their education at the Chair for E-Business and E-Entrepreneurship, where they earned their doctorate degree (Dr. rer. pol.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2007.
