Santino started their career as a Senior Consultant at Baraud, where they worked for 3 years. Santino then joined Evolution Gaming as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and worked there for 1 year. In 2017, they joined Cielo Talent as a Senior Talent Advisor for the EMEA region. Santino has been with EvolveTalent.io since 2018 and is responsible for advising clients on talent management solutions.

Santino Boffa completed a Bachelor of Arts in Santino'story of Art at The University of Manchester. Santino then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Management from the International College of the Cayman Islands.
