Xiaojian Deng is a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in developing and implementing advanced algorithms to solve complex business challenges. Xiaojian's recent role at Evolver began in September 2023, following five years at Allstate where a significant achievement included the creation of a theft property claims fraud detection model with a 95% fraud recall rate. Prior positions include Assistant Vice President at Syntal Capital Partners, LLC, where Xiaojian developed predictive models for the S&P500 and adapted reinforcement learning algorithms for stock trading, as well as roles at Udacity Blitz and Lighthorse Asset Management focused on machine learning applications and financial analysis.
