Paul Wilkinson has extensive experience in program and project management within the health care IT sector, currently serving as Director of Program Management at Evolvent since 2009 and as Senior Director of Program Management at ManTech International Corporation since November 2009. Previous roles include Deputy Program Manager and Project Manager at Northrop Grumman, Project Manager at Integic, and Senior Computer Systems Analyst at CACI. Paul's military background includes service as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve and various positions in the U.S. Navy, culminating in 1st Lieutenant aboard the USS Harlan County. Academically, Paul holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
