Rajan Naik, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Motorola Solutions, a role held since March 2016, with responsibilities including corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Naik is also a member of the Board of Directors for Evolv Technology and CSG, and previously held board positions at Sonim Technologies. Prior to current roles, Naik was a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and Chief Strategy Officer at AMD. Naik’s extensive experience at McKinsey, spanning over a decade, included leadership in the Technology Practice. Naik began their career as a Senior Engineer at Intel. Educational credentials include a PhD in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSc in Engineering from Cornell University.
