Silvia Ponce de Leon currently serves as the Director of Merchandising & Design at Evolution St. Louis, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Silvia worked as a Design Consultant independently from September 2020 to March 2021 and was the Worldwide Design Director at Bernette Textiles Co from June 2017 to April 2020, where Silvia was instrumental in launching the Women's division and developing Knitwear and Outdoors Collections. Silvia has extensive experience in the fashion industry, having held various design positions including Sweaters Design Consultant at White House Black Market/Adecco, Design Director for Women's Knits and Sweaters at Kenneth Cole Productions, and Design Director for Men's and Women's Sweaters at POLO RALPH LAUREN. Additional roles include Sr Designer for Men's Knits and Sweaters at Calvin Klein and Design Director for Men's Knits and Sweaters at Perry Ellis International.
