Samuel Obeng is a skilled Senior Mine Geologist currently employed at Evolution Mining since March 2023. Prior to this role, Samuel held various positions at Westgold Resources from August 2015 to March 2023, including Senior Underground Mine Geologist, Project Mine Geologist, and Underground Mine Geologist. Samuel's career began at Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd, where tenure included positions as Project Geologist/Geology Modeller and Geologist from October 2007 to January 2014, as well as a brief stint as an Attachment Student in June 2006. Samuel obtained a BSc in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology in Tarkwa, Ghana, and holds a WAEC SSSCE Certificate in General Science from Opoku Ware Senior High School.
