Monica Rogers is a highly experienced Senior Resource Geologist with a robust background in the mining and geological consulting sector. Currently employed at Evolution Mining since August 2021, Monica has held significant roles in various leading companies, including RAMELIUS RESOURCES LIMITED, GOLD FIELDS, and Dacian Gold Limited, among others. With expertise accumulated over more than a decade in resource estimation, feasibility studies, and exploration, Monica's educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Economic Geology from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
