Janet New Logothetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and mental health. Currently serving as Principal Managing Partner at Evolution since January 2010, Janet focuses on coaching and consulting for start-up and high-growth companies to foster leadership and a positive organizational culture. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Coach and Senior Consultant at Axialent, where Janet specialized in leadership and team performance, and a private practice as a psychotherapist emphasizing ADHD, neurodiversity, and trauma from 2001 to 2008. Earlier career highlights encompass positions at International Learning Systems as Product Manager for WisdomLink and as Manager of International Market Analysis at US West International.
