Ravindra Nidhonkar is an experienced software engineering professional with a diverse background in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Evolent, Ravindra has previously held positions including Associate Director of Software Engineering at the same company, as well as Technical Project Manager, Delivery Project Lead, and Delivery Module Lead at Mphasis. Earlier in the career, Ravindra worked at IBM as a Senior System Engineer, at Cybage as a Senior Software Engineer, and began as a Software Engineer at IRUS Software Application Pvt. Through these positions, Ravindra has developed expertise in software development, project management, and team leadership.
