Elizabeta Nikolovska is an experienced IT Demand and Delivery Manager at EVN Macedonia since May 2011, specializing in delivering IT projects through agile methodologies and developing project management guidelines. Throughout their career at EVN Macedonia, Elizabeta has held various leadership roles, including Head of Organization and Business Support and Head of the Business Excellence Office, where responsibilities encompassed project and portfolio management, process optimization, and innovation management. Prior to EVN Macedonia, Elizabeta worked at Seavus Group in multiple managerial roles, focusing on sales, quality assurance, and internal auditing, demonstrating expertise in business intelligence and compliance. Elizabeta began their career at DIDO Holding as a Management Representative, implementing quality management systems, and has prior experience as an IT Consultant at DIGIKOM. Academically, Elizabeta holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Marketing Management, complemented by a practitioner qualification in TQM from The Association of Overseas Technical Scholarship Japan.
