Mor Aspis worked at Evigence Sensors from 2018 onwards. They began as an R&D Engineer in July 2018 and later took on the role of Project Manager in August 2020. Prior to their time at Evigence Sensors, they worked in the marketing department at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from September 2011 to August 2013.

Mor Aspis earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Braude Academic College, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.
