Johan Hansson is a seasoned professional in research and development with extensive experience in managerial and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Evidente since September 2021, Johan has held various positions at ESAB from 2000 to 2020, including R&D Manager for New Strategic Tools & Processes and Cored Wire, as well as R&D Development Engineer for both Cored Wire and Stick Electrode. Johan's expertise encompasses driving innovation, change management, and the development of software tools and processes informed by customer insights. Prior experience includes a summer trainee position in customer service at Atlas Copco and working as a chemist in an R&D lab at ESAB. Johan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
