Caroline Glesmann is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in program evaluation aimed at reducing delinquency and enhancing public safety, currently serving at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency since 2006. Prior roles include Communications Coordinator at the Alameda County Community Food Bank, overseeing major publications related to hunger issues, and Publications Coordinator at UC Berkeley's School of Law, assisting with diverse law school publications. Earlier in their career, Glesmann was a Public Information Coordinator for the Oakland Private Industry Council, managing media relations and workforce development publications, and also served as a Career Counselor, providing employment services and job search workshops. Caroline holds an MA in Sociology from California State University - East Bay and a BA in Music and Women's Studies from Brown University.
