Fidy R. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as an Equity Analyst EMEA at FOURPOINTS Investment Managers. In 1999, they joined Ostrum Asset Management as a Project Manager. From 2000 to 2006, Fidy held positions as a Consultant till Manager and expert in Financial Services at Accenture France. They then worked as a Managing Consultant and Delivery Manager in the Financial Services sector at Capgemini Invent from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Fidy worked at Atos as an Associate Partner and COO for Group Talents & Communications, where they were responsible for managing budgets, resources, and strategic programs. In 2020, Fidy became the Start-up Owner of Authenfluence, a martech company. They have also held positions as an Ecosystem Member at Antler, a Private Investor at SuperCapital VC, and a Private Investor (LP) at Newfund. Currently, Fidy serves as the SVP of Sales & Marketing at Eviden.

Fidy R. has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, and HR from NEOMA Business School, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Fidy also completed an Executive Master program at HEC Paris from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Paul Cézanne in Aix en Provence from 1992 to 1994 for their Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE) in Maths, Philo, French, Economy, and Languages. Fidy R. also holds a Baccalauréat degree in Série C - Maths & Physics from Lycée Charles de Gaulle in Apt. Currently, Fidy R. is pursuing a Certification in AMF from AMF, which they are expected to obtain in 2022.
