Delphine has extensive experience in CRM practices, having led partnerships with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics while driving CRM transformations across various sectors. Earlier roles include business development focused on financial services and consulting project management for notable organizations like Printemps Group, BPCE Group, and Renault. Delphine's educational background includes an Executive Talent Program from HEC Paris, an Erasmus program in International Finance from the University of Westminster, and a degree in International Business & Marketing from ISC Paris.
