Katherine Motlagh is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Independent Director and Audit Chair at EVgo, Katherine oversees audit, compensation, and corporate governance committees for the largest public fast charging network in the U.S. Prior to this, Katherine held the position of EVP and Chief Financial Officer at CyrusOne, a major global data center operator. Katherine's career also includes significant roles at American Tower as Chief Financial Officer for EMEA and Latin America, and financial leadership positions at Ericsson, ASD Healthcare, Nokia, Nextel, and Coopers&Lybrand. Katherine holds degrees in Economics and Finance/Accounting from Georgetown University and Finance Academy.
