Joe Gutierrez is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer operations and support, currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at EVgo since April 2019. Previously, Joe worked at Cornerstone OnDemand for over eight years, where roles included Senior Director of Global Product Support and Director of Customer Care, overseeing technical support for over 3000 global clients and managing large teams to enhance client satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Ticketmaster, where Joe directed regional event programming and managed the largest contact center in the U.S., and at TVN Entertainment, managing a customer service center for satellite and VOD services. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
