Prasanna Kumar began their career in 2018 as a Customer Service Manager at ICICI Bank. In 2021, they took on the role of Software Test Engineer, where they completed three major projects using Java, Selenium, TestNG, Apachepoi, and Frameworks. Prasanna is currently employed as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at EvGateway since 2022.

Prasanna Kumar has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Vishwa Vishwani Business School in Hyderabad, which they obtained between 2018 and 2021. Theirfield of study was Computer Software Engineering. Prasanna also has a Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) from QEdge Technologies, which they obtained in October 2021.
