Leina Aguilar is a Relief Veterinarian currently providing services to small animal hospitals in and around the Greater New York City area as an Independent Contractor. Previously, Leina served as a Medical Director at VCA Animal Hospitals, overseeing medical quality and patient care, financial performance of the hospital, and staff management. Leina also held roles at JustFoodForDogs, Elanco, Virbac, Banfield Pet Hospital, Ark Sciences Inc., and Trevor Zoo, gaining extensive experience in veterinary medicine, technical training, customer support, and leadership. Leina holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
