Lisa Kaiser Hickey, BFA/MBA, is the founder and chairman of the board of DPRINT, a print-on-demand service specializing in various graphic products. Under Lisa's leadership, DPRINT became Florida's first green-certified screenprinter and garnered numerous accolades, including consistent recognition in the Top 100 Screenprinters in the United States. In addition to leading DPRINT, Lisa serves as an investor at Good Works LLC and holds multiple roles with Everything DiSC and the John Maxwell Team, focusing on personal and professional development. Previously, Lisa contributed as chair of congregational care at The First United Methodist Church of Lakeland and served as world president of The International Alliance for Women. Lisa's educational background includes degrees in Fine Arts and Business Administration from Florida Southern College.
