Kim Bames is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in the leisure and sports management sector. Currently serving as the Group Quality Manager at Everyone Active since January 2006, Kim focuses on enhancing quality and colleague development to foster a strong customer service culture. Previous roles include Regional Training and Quality Manager, where support was provided to 80 sites through training courses and workshops, and Contract Manager, overseeing four leisure centres in the Epping contract. Kim's early career includes a managerial position at Epping Sports Centre for Epping Forest District Council from 1988 to 2006. Kim holds an HND in Business Management and Sports Coaching from Crewe & Alsager College and completed secondary education at St Marys High School in Cheshunt. Noteworthy achievements include receiving the Flame Award in 2016 and contributing to the Quest Excellence Centre at Epping.
