Erin Flower is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the leisure and public sectors. As Group Marketing Manager at Everyone Active - SLM since August 2012, Erin has led the development and execution of national marketing strategies for over 160 leisure centres, managing brand evolution across various channels. Prior to this role, Erin served as a Marketing Executive, overseeing national promotions and print marketing initiatives. Erin’s earlier experience includes multiple roles at Leicestershire County Council, focusing on campaigns and communications, as well as serving as a Waste Campaigns Officer at Harborough District Council. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.
