Andrew Joy is an experienced General Manager currently at Everyone Active - SLM, overseeing operations since October 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew served as General Manager at Pump Gyms, managing a high-end 24-hour gym with over 5,000 members and a variety of facilities. Andrew also held the position of General Manager at Fusion Lifestyle, where responsibilities included developing an International Athletics Stadium in partnership with Bedford Borough Council. Earlier career roles include Operations Manager and Acting Gym Manager at Stantonbury Arts and Leisure, and a Fitness Instructor/Lifeguard and Sports Lecturer at Berkshire College. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from Coventry University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Bedfordshire.
