Previously, Pavel held various leadership positions at Girteka Logistics from September 2011 to February 2023, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Department Manager, Team Leader, Senior Coordinator, and Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed operational efficiency, business strategy development, transportation management, logistics planning, and customer service oversight. Pavel's earlier roles included Project Manager at Trikampis Ziedas and Sales Manager, where project planning, development, and key account management were key focuses. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Marketing, Strategy and Management from ISM University of Management and Economics and an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Vilnius University.
