Beata Užienė possesses extensive experience in business development and strategic planning, currently serving as the Head of Business Unit at Girteka Logistics since July 2014. In this role, Beata leads a high-level professional team focused on sales and business development, managing market analyses, budget planning, and key account management, particularly in pharmaceuticals, electronics, and beverages across Europe and CIS countries. Previous positions at Girteka include Business Development Team Leader and Senior Manager of Business Development Group, where Beata successfully represented the company in significant business competitions. Prior to Girteka, Beata worked as a Sales Logistics Manager at Autoverslas, developing logistics solutions across multiple international markets. Beata holds a Bachelor’s Degree in German Philology from Lietuvos Edukologijos Universitetas.
