Shane Dixon is an experienced manager in agile transformation and innovation, currently serving at Eversource Energy since February 2024. Previously, Shane held significant roles at Raytheon Technologies as Associate Director in Enterprise Application Services, where successful initiatives led to a 26% reduction in application footprint and $75 million in synergy savings. With additional experience in implementing enterprise-wide systems at United Technologies, as well as overseeing multiple projects at Insurity and Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, Shane brings a strong background in project management, vendor performance oversight, and process modernization. Shane's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a degree in Public Policy and Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
