Donna Grici, MBA, is an experienced professional in talent development, culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Currently serving as VP of Talent, Culture and DE&I at Eversource Energy, Donna has previously held key roles including Head of Human Resources for Straumann Group North America and SVP of Talent Development, DEI, and Culture at Commonwealth Care Alliance. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Travelers and UnitedHealth Group, focused on human resources and IT human capital. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
