McLean Fletcher has a long history of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2008, they began working as an Artist and Actor for their own company, McLean Fletcher. In 2011, they took on the role of Associate Artistic Director for TheatreLAB, and Production Manager for CADENCE THEATRE COMPANY INC, where they were responsible for writing contracts, creating and implementing budgets, hiring designers, and leading all meetings. They also often doubled as a costume designer, set dresser, props master, and scenic painter. In 2017, McLean Fletcher became an Acting Coach for The Actors' Center, a Barre3 Instructor for barre3, and a Private Tutor for Amore Learning. In 2019, they became a Magician's Assistant for Steve Cohen's Chamber Magic, and in 2020, they took on the role of Content Creator for Eversound. McLean Fletcher is currently working as a Content Creator and Strategist for Springboard, and will soon begin working as a Content Creator for Valora.

McLean Fletcher has an extensive educational background. McLean obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater from James Madison University between 2004 and 2008. McLean then went on to receive their Master of Fine Arts in Classical Acting from The George Washington University between 2016 and 2017. In addition to their degrees, Fletcher has obtained three certifications. In 2018, they earned a Barre 3 Level 2 Instructor certification from barre3. In 2021, they received a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Lastly, they are scheduled to receive a Certified Nutrition Coach certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in September 2022.
