Mahmoud Ghazzi is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Eversight since 2019 and as an independent consultant since 2016. Previously, Mahmoud held prominent positions at Daiichi Sankyo, including President and Global Development Head from 2014 to 2016, and Executive Vice President and Development Head from 2011 to 2014. Mahmoud's extensive leadership experience also includes roles as Senior Vice President at GlaxoSmithKline, overseeing Medical Governance and Medicines Development, and as Executive Director at Pfizer, leading the Diabetes Disease Area. Mahmoud's academic background includes a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MD from Damascus University.
