Carl Miller is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at Everon since October 2023. With extensive experience at ADT Commercial since 2018, including roles such as Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager and Supply Chain Manager following the acquisition of Red Hawk Fire & Security, Carl has a proven track record of coordinating vendor activities, analyzing spend data for savings opportunities, and managing inventory. Previously, at Red Hawk F&S, Carl held the position of Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities included vendor and inventory support and process improvement suggestions. Carl also contributed as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and Operations Manager at Red Hawk LLC, overseeing significant operations and employee management. Early in the career, Carl was the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Home Savings of America.
