Heather Sztenderowicz has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2015, they began their career at Wawa, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate and later transitioned to roles such as Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant General Manager. In 2019, they joined Appraisal Data Services as a Data Entry specialist, where their responsibilities included gathering, sorting, and inputting information into a database. In 2019, they also joined Tulsa Property Management as an Administrative Assistant and later served as a Community Manager and Property Manager. Currently, they are working at Evernest as the Director of Operations since December 2021.

Heather Sztenderowicz holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Widener University, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Bucks County Community College, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. In addition to their education, Heather has obtained certification as a Notary Public from the State of Oklahoma in May 2023. Heather also holds a provisional Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
