Yudha Petradarmais is an experienced professional with a background in human capital and employer branding, currently serving as an Employer Branding Intern at Evermos since October 2022. Previous experience includes a Human Capital Internship at ZebraX, where responsibilities involved developing an Employee Handbook and enhancing the employee experience through community building and human capital activities. Yudha held leadership positions in Keluarga Mahasiswa Manajemen ITB, including Vice President of Internal Department, managing teams and designing programs to foster a supportive environment for students. Other roles include peer mentoring at the School of Business and Management ITB and training new students, as well as advocating for mental health awareness through various initiatives. Education includes an undergraduate degree in Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
