Dominick Gillette serves as the Co-Chair of the Black Employee Resource Group at Everlaw since August 2021, fostering community among colleagues from underrepresented groups. Prior to this role, Dominick held various positions at the University of San Diego, including Senior Tech Development Representative and Tech Development Representative, while actively contributing as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force to further the DEI agenda at the Kroc School. Dominick holds a Master's degree in Social Innovation from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from Southeast Missouri State University.
