Kyle Herrera has over 20 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industries, currently serving as Field Operations Lead at Everi Holdings Inc. since September 2017, after a role as Customer Experience Advocate II. Prior experience includes working as Slot Technical Manager at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos from July 2016 to September 2017, and as Shift Manager at Viejas Casino & Resort from August 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities involved overseeing guest-facing service operations. Additionally, Kyle held the position of Assistant General Manager at Staples from June 2002 to January 2010.
