Chad Carsten has extensive experience in operations technology and management, currently serving as Director of Operations Technology at Evergy since October 2005. Prior roles at Evergy include Senior Manager, responsible for customer analytics and field systems, and Manager overseeing Meter Data Management Systems. Prior to this, Chad Carsten served in the Air National Guard from July 2003, where responsibilities included managing the morale and conduct of enlisted members as First Sergeant. Chad Carsten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Wichita State University, graduated in 2007.
