Thao Nguyen is a highly experienced pharmacist with a diverse background in ambulatory care, inpatient care, and hospice care. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist at EvergreenHealth since May 2020, Thao Nguyen also works as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at MultiCare Yakima Memorial, where responsibilities include hospice care and anticoagulation management. Previous roles include serving as a COVID Vaccine Immunizer at CVS Pharmacy and gaining important experience as a Pharmacy Grad Intern and Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy and Fred Meyer respectively. Thao Nguyen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Washington State University and has additional educational background from UC Irvine.
