Pinky Bilimoria is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and medical roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Nurse Manager at UW Medicine since July 2018, Pinky focuses on developing change management strategies and enhancing staff performance and engagement within the clinic's RN group. Prior to this role, Pinky held various positions, including Critical Care Registered Nurse at EvergreenHealth and Oncology Nurse at the University of Washington Medical Center. Other notable experiences include serving as a Primary Care Physician, Critical Care Unit Fellow, and a Resident Physician, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
