Joules DeRoshia currently serves as an Outreach Care Coordinator at Evergreen Treatment Services since November 2021. Previously, Joules was a HOST Outreach Case Manager at Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) from May 2016 to November 2021, providing unconditional support and advocacy to individuals experiencing homelessness. Joules also held various positions at DESC, including Case Manager and Service Coordinator Supervisor, focusing on enhancing shelter services and access to housing assistance. As a Shelter Supervisor, Joules managed evening operations at the Main Shelter in Pioneer Square and began the career as a Shelter Counselor at DESC's Main Shelter. Joules obtained an education at Green River College from 2010 to 2014.
