Danielle Hammond currently serves as the LEAD Care Manager at Evergreen Treatment Services, specializing in intensive case management for individuals involved in the legal system, experiencing homelessness, and facing behavioral health challenges. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at Amara for four years in various capacities, including Transition and Permanency Support Specialist, Post Adoption Family Support Specialist, Child Screening and Family Support Specialist, and Family Time Visitation Specialist. Danielle's expertise includes co-designing support programs for children in foster care, providing post-adoption navigation assistance, and facilitating family stability to prevent re-entry into the child welfare system. Danielle's earlier experience includes an internship as an Instructional Assistant for a child with autism. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Washington University.
