Michael Lawson possesses extensive experience in leadership and donor relations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Donor Relations at Evergreen Life Services since December 2017, Michael has also held the position of President at SHINE since February 1998, focusing on mentoring, training, and community outreach. Previous roles include Executive Director at Fraternity House, Inc., where Michael managed financial operations and fundraising initiatives, and Director of Food Bank Operations at North County Community Services, overseeing logistics and donor relations. Michael's background is complemented by previous managerial roles at IKON and Buffini and Company. Michael holds a degree in Pastoral Studies with an emphasis on Mentoring from San Diego Covenant Community and has further education from Sonoma State University.
