Dr. Rachael Peters is a seasoned professional with experience in academia, human resources, career development, and business ownership. Dr. Rachael currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Evergreen Life Services and as a Professor of Business Management and Leadership at Amberton University. Additionally, Dr. Rachael operates their own HR and career development consulting firm. Dr. Peters holds a PhD in Leadership Studies with a Business/Human Resources concentration, a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
