Carmen Serrano is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Evergreen Enterprises since August 2024. Previously, Carmen held multiple roles at TDBBS LLC., including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager from June 2022 to September 2024.
