Melissa Owens is an experienced professional in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) fields, currently serving as an Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Support Consultant at eVerge Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Senior HCM (HRIS) Support Manager at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, where team management and workload oversight were key responsibilities from November 2011 to January 2023. A proven leader, Melissa has also worked as a Team Supervisor and Systems Analyst Senior at DynCorp International, and participated in various HRIS projects at Brinks, Inc., JCPenney, and JPI LLC. Melissa's career began at Perot Systems, where multiple roles in human resources and IT were undertaken from 1993 to 2001. Melissa earned a degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University between 1989 and 1993.
