Anirudha (Andy) Vaidya is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and vendor management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Technology Vendor Management & Sourcing at Everest since August 2022. Prior to this role, Anirudha held various leadership positions at MetLife for over a decade, including Global Technology Transformation Leader and Global Head of Vendor Management & Sourcing for Technology and Consulting Services, where responsibilities encompassed long-term planning, sourcing strategies, and procurement activities. Anirudha's career began as a Programmer Analyst at TAKE Enterprise Services, providing IT consulting and achieving notable cost savings, followed by an academic role as a Teaching Assistant at West Virginia University. Anirudha holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management & Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark, a Certificate in Marketing Management from The Wharton School, and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, along with a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
