Terri Fortuna is the Chief Operating Officer of Evercore ISI.

Ms. Fortuna began her financial services career as Vice President and US Head of Publishing in the Equity Research department of Morgan Stanley. She rose to the position of Executive Director and Global Operations Officer of Research, where she was responsible for administrative personnel, facilities, support infrastructure, financial management and risk management. She joined Lehman Brothers in 2007 as Senior Vice President and transitioned to Barclays Capital in 2008 as Director and US Head of Sourcing, where she was responsible for vendor negotiations and supplier risk management.

Prior to entering financial services, Ms. Fortuna was Chief Operating Officer of the boutique law firm, Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, PC.

Ms. Fortuna earned a M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
