Samantha Goosman currently serves as the Head of EMEA Lateral Recruitment at Evercore, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Goosman was a Wealth Management Recruiter for the UK at Credit Suisse from August 2022 to July 2024. Before that, Goosman was the Head of Recruitment at FINXFLO, a crypto brokerage startup, with responsibilities spanning global talent acquisition while based in multiple locations including Singapore, Cyprus, New York, and Miami from December 2021 to June 2022. Additionally, Goosman worked as a Resourcing Partner in Wealth Management & DWS at Deutsche Bank for over four years and held various recruitment roles at Resource Solutions from January 2014 to July 2017. Goosman began the career as an Exec Headhunter at Camino Partners Ltd from April 2013 to January 2014. Educationally, Goosman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Leicester between 2008 and 2011.
