Sebastien Provencher has a diverse work experience in various companies. Sebastien currently holds the position of Head of Product, EverPro at EverCommerce, where they manage the EverPro product portfolio. Prior to this, they served as the President of Joist, responsible for the leadership, revenue growth, and day-to-day operations of the Joist solution group. Before that, Sebastien was the SVP Product at Joist, where they led the product management and design teams.

In addition to their roles at EverCommerce, Sebastien has also worked as an Angel Investor at Quack, an Advisory Board Member at BRIDGR, and as a Mentor in the Techstars Montreal AI Accelerator and Techstars Toronto Accelerator.

Before joining EverCommerce and pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors, Sebastien held positions at Element AI as Director of Product and Director of Industry Solutions, Acquisio as Vice President of Product Management, Folders. as CEO & Co-Founder, and HomeAdvisor as Vice President of Product Innovation.

Throughout their career, Sebastien has demonstrated their expertise in product management, leadership, and business development, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have been a part of.

Sebastien Provencher completed the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) from the Council of Canadian Innovators in 2022. Sebastien holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Finance from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Université Laval. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Innovation Governance Program - Level 1 from the Innovation Governance Program in 2021 and Machine Learning from Coursera in 2018.
