Doreen Lipka, CPDS, currently serves as an Account Manager at Everbridge, Inc. since April 2019, where the focus is on automating and accelerating operational responses to critical events. Prior to this role, Doreen worked at IBM from January 2013 to March 2019 as a Subscription & Support Sales Manager, overseeing the renewal sales cycle for various brands within the Appliance portfolio. Doreen has also held positions at Q1 Labs Inc., managing Order Management processes, and NEC Display Solutions, handling order processing and accounts receivable. Earlier career experiences include serving as Help Desk Supervisor at Draka Cableteq and eCommerce Manager at Wayland Golf, along with operations management responsibilities. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University.
