Daiana Merayo has a wealth of experience in customer success roles. Daiana began their career in 2016 as a Customer Success Manager at Shopify, where they worked closely with internal and external teams to scale the way they deliver and operationalize adoption and value. In 2018, they moved to Squarespace as an Onboarding Account Manager, where they collaborated with new merchants and worked as their ālaunch engineerā to ensure they had a set plan and timeline for their launch. Currently, they are a Customer Success Product Lead at EverAfter, where they work with product leaders and the development team to bring new product features and updates live.
Daiana Merayo obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business from the Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires in 2011. In 2016, they earned their Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from the AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
